What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your rental start date. Within 24 hours, a 20% fee applies. Once gear is delivered, the rental is non-refundable.
Do you deliver equipment to hotels?
Yes. We offer free hotel delivery in Thamel, Lazimpat, Boudha, Durbar Marg and airport hotels in Kathmandu, and Lakeside and Damside in Pokhara. Select “Hotel Delivery” at checkout.
How early should I reserve gear?
We recommend reserving at least 3–5 days before your trek, especially during peak seasons (March–May and September–November). Same-day rental is possible in store subject to availability.
What is the rental deposit?
Each rental product has a refundable deposit shown on its page. The deposit is held and refunded when the gear is returned in good condition. Packages have a combined deposit.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes. Log into your customer dashboard and request an extension, or message us on WhatsApp. Extensions are charged at the daily rate.
Do you rent full gear packages for specific treks?
Yes. We offer curated packages for Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Circuit, Manaslu Circuit, Langtang, Three Passes, and many more. Packages save up to 25% versus renting items separately.
