Do you sell gear or only rent?

Both. Every product page shows both the buy price and rental price. Choose what works best for you at checkout.

How do I rent trekking gear?

Browse our shop, select your items, choose your rental dates, and add them to cart. At checkout, enter your delivery details — we deliver to your hotel in Kathmandu or Pokhara free of charge.

Can I rent trekking gear in Kathmandu?

Yes. We rent down jackets, sleeping bags, trekking poles, duffel bags and full gear packages from our Thamel shop. You can reserve online and pick up in store or have gear delivered to your hotel.

What is the security deposit?

Each rental item requires a refundable security deposit, shown on the product page. The deposit is refunded in full when you return the gear in good condition.

Do you deliver equipment to hotels?

Yes. We offer free hotel delivery in Thamel, Lazimpat, Boudha, Durbar Marg and airport hotels in Kathmandu, and Lakeside and Damside in Pokhara. Select "Hotel Delivery" at checkout.

Can I rent gear for one day?

Yes — our minimum rental period is one day. Daily rates are shown on each product. For rentals of 7 days or more, the weekly rate applies automatically.

How early should I reserve gear?

We recommend reserving at least 3–5 days before your trek, especially during peak seasons (March–May and September–November). Same-day rental is possible in store subject to availability.

What if gear is damaged during my trek?

Minor wear is expected and not charged. Significant damage is deducted from your security deposit at fair repair cost. We will always notify you before charging.

What is the rental deposit?

Each rental product has a refundable deposit shown on its page. The deposit is held and refunded when the gear is returned in good condition. Packages have a combined deposit.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes — for groups of 4 or more, we offer 10% off the rental total. Mention your group size at checkout or contact us via WhatsApp for a custom quote.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes. Log into your customer dashboard and request an extension, or message us on WhatsApp. Extensions are charged at the daily rate.

How do I pay for my rental?

You can pay the rental fee and deposit by cash (USD, EUR, NPR), credit card, or mobile wallet. Payment is due at gear pickup or delivery.
